  • Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to arrive for your appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show.

  • Repeated no-shows may require advance payment for future bookings or may result in refusal of future appointments.

3. Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled depending on availability.

  • Full service charges may still apply for late arrivals.

  • Payments made for services are non-refundable once the service has started.

  • If a service is prepaid and cancelled within the allowed cancellation window, a refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.
